概要
The development of Complex Buildings in Japan began in the ‘80 and ‘90s of the 20th Century, and often its expression was strongly influenced by Italian postmodern architecture. The concept of Italian cities and squares was very adapted for Japanese Complex Buildings design. Mario Bellini and Aldo Rossi demonstrated several significant examples in Japan, then Japanese architects imitated their style using the Italian tricolor. Japanese Philo-Italianism was achieved in some districts designed on the model of the Italian city.
